Paul D’Arcangelo, Senior Vice President, Customer Care, Northeast Division, Comcast Cable

Paul D’Arcangelo serves as the Senior Vice President of Customer Operations for Comcast’s Northeast Division, which consists of 14 northeastern states from Maine through Virginia and the District of Columbia.  In this role, Paul is responsible for delivering a superior customer service experience to Comcast’s millions of customers throughout the Division, driving excellence across all customer service functions, processes and operations through the use of new technology and standardized best practices.

Paul has more than 30 years of experience in the cable industry holding various management, technical operations and network construction positions with Comcast and its predecessor companies, including Continental Cablevision, MediaOne and AT&T Broadband.

Previously, Paul served as the Vice President of Technical Operations and Engineering for Comcast’s Greater Boston Region, where he led a team of engineers and technical staff responsible for building and maintaining the advanced fiber-optic network that provides TV, Internet and voice services to more than 1.8 million customers in three New England states.  Prior to that role, Paul was Vice President of the Metro Boston Region, where he led his region to receive company-wide recognition as Comcast’s 2006 System of the Year.

Paul earned a bachelor’s degree in Technical Communications from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.  He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Council of Social Concern, an organization that supports the residents of Woburn, Massachusetts and its surrounding communities.
